You must return the women’s shoes within 14 days after Shuk Wun Limited approves the return. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective. Shuk Wun Limited does not charge restocking fees for timely returns that meet conditions.
Refund processing and arrival to your account takes at least 14 days. This period begins when Shuk Wun Limited receives the returned women’s shoes and confirms they meet the return conditions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing, card network delays, and financial institution posting times are outside Shuk Wun Limited control. Shuk Wun Limited may offer exchanges for women’s shoes if requested within 14 days after delivery. Exchanges depend on availability. If the exchange item is unavailable, Shuk Wun Limited will process a refund under the 14 days no-reason refund policy. You must return the original item in acceptable condition. Exchange shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.

Prohibited conduct includes violating laws, infringing rights, submitting false information, interfering with security, scraping data, placing fraudulent orders, and reselling women’s shoes purchased for personal use without written authorization.
